Scandinavian production duo anamē follow up the release of their debut album, 'Beautiful World’, with ‘Bermondsey Bender’ (ANUQRAM Remix).

The collaborative work of Marcus Schössow and Thomas Sagstad reaches its latest apex with ‘Beautiful World’, an album that the pair have envisioned since first meeting over two decades ago. Following on from solo work with the likes of Swedish House Mafia, Axwell /\ Ingrosso and Kaskade over the last ten years, the duo’s debut album is the latest milestone in their expansive discographies.

Originally released as part of ‘Beautiful World’, ‘Bermondsey Bender’ is a nod to the South London neighbourhood where the Anjunabeats office and Above & Beyond studio are based.

“That song is about how we spent so much time down there – but it's not actually about a drunken night!” Marcus says. “It's just about how that area of London has this energy. And you kinda leave with that energy, feeling completely drunk. Drunk on energy and good vibes.” Now, ANUQRAM bring fans their own uplifting rework of the track.

Progressive house duo ANUQRAM first appeared on Anjunabeats in October 2021 with their collaboration with PROFF, ‘Echoes’. Their most recent releases on the label, 'Get On' and ‘Don’t Stop’, have seen major support from other progressive house acts and charted at at #2 and #4, respectively, on Beatport. First debuted by anamē at Red Rocks in October 2023, the duo are quickly building their names as incredibly talented producers with much more music to come in 2024.

After recent performances at Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy Weekender at The Gorge as well as Tomorrowland Brasil and Red Rocks Amphitheatre, anamē continue their tour with stops at Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles and Harbour Theatre in Vancouver. Tickets on sale now (www.anamemusic.com/tour).
