Following in the footsteps of Anjuna superstars Mat Zo, ARTY, ilan Bluestone and Grum, the tenth instalment in the legendary Anjunabeats Worldwide compilation series leads you to the darkest of dance floors; an underground techno and trance trip courtesy of US-based duo Fatum.

Ubiquitous on Anjuna over the last decade in various guises, Bruce Karlsson and Daniel Davis have been responsible for an abundance of catalogue classics.

Bruce was an architect of the electro-tinged grooves that made Norin & Rad a tour-de-force throughout the early 2010s with the likes of ‘Bloom’, ‘Pistol Whip’ and ‘Thundercat’. Dan, crate-digger and intricate melody maker as Judah (w/ Chris Nelson), responsible for the likes of ‘Boss Fight’, ‘Nomad’ and ‘Zero-Day’.

Always found at their best together, Fatum launched as a quartet in 2015 alongside Chad Newbold and the sorely missed Bill Hamel. Boisterous floor fillers ‘Chocolate, ‘Love On A Real Train’ (Tangerine Dream Cover) and ‘All In’ followed, the latter reworked by Above & Beyond in May 2020.

Anjunabeats Worldwide 10 is a 21 track journey championing the past, present and future sound of the label. There are five original productions from Fatum themselves, including collaborations with Jaytech, Mars Atlas, LYCA and re:boot. Mainstays of the Anjunabeats family Mat Zo, Genix, Grum, ALPHA 9 and Sunny Lax are present, while Anjunabeats Rising graduates Naz and Alex Sonata & TheRio have their first outing on a label compilation.

Fatum also bring cult favourites back to the dance floor, reworking Andy Moor and Adam White’s ‘Whiteroom’ and Above & Beyond’s ‘Alone Tonight’ - the sought-after Alexandra Palace remix which first aired nearly a decade ago.
